The shortest privacy policy you'll read this year, because we collect almost nothing.
Everything you do in Wingcalm (your flight phase, checklist ticks, flight log, unlock state, access code) is stored only on your device, in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your phone. We run no accounts, no analytics inside the app, no tracking pixels, and no third-party SDKs.
Purchases are processed by Stripe (stripe.com), which handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive the order confirmation, not your card number. If you bought Wingcalm on Google Play, Google processes the payment instead and the same principle applies.
Our web host (Cloudflare Pages) keeps standard, short-lived server logs, and Stripe shows us completed orders so we can honor the 30-day refund guarantee. The landing pages also count a handful of anonymous events in our own database: a page view, a use of the free demo, a play of a sample sound, a checkout click, each with the page and which platform brought you. No cookies, no IP address, nothing that can name you, and it honors your browser's Do Not Track setting. That is the complete list.
If you sign up for our free weekly email, we store your email address, your confirmation time, and which platform brought you. Nothing else. It lives in our own database on Cloudflare, is never shared or sold, and carries no open or click tracking. Every issue has a one-tap unsubscribe that stops all future emails.
Wingcalm is built to work in airplane mode. Once installed, it makes no network requests at all, which is both the product promise and the strongest privacy guarantee software can make.
Under the GDPR and similar laws you can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. For almost everyone the honest answer is: nothing, because your app data lives only on your device (clear it by uninstalling or clearing browser data). If you subscribed to the newsletter, one tap on any issue's unsubscribe link removes you, or email [email protected] and we delete your address from the database. That address handles every privacy request, answered by a human.
Reply to your Stripe receipt email within 30 days for an unconditional refund. That email thread is also the support channel. The full terms of sale are at wingcalm.com/terms.
